This workshop brought together approximately 392 AACSB members from around the world to engage in discussions and exchanges on the essential mindsets and challenges business schools must address for the future.

Over the course of two days, business school leaders from various countries explored effective strategic planning, covering topics ranging from goal setting and measurement to micro-planning and agile planning methodologies. Through interactive exercises, participants linked their institutions' strategic plans to AACSB standards and examined real-world case studies supporting the strategic planning process.
